退休老人除了成天在家織毛線衣、含飴弄孫，原來還有另一種選擇 — 挑戰自己，完成年少時從未奢望的夢想。

Young@Heart或許是世界上最特殊的一支合唱團。樂團成員平均年齡八十歲、頂著滿頭白髮、帶著呼吸輔助器練唱的曲子，卻與時下年輕人毫不脫節，無論Sonic Youth、Coldplay、Jimi Hendrix到James Brown，首首搖滾經典名曲由他們演繹起來可是遊刃有餘，舞台上正式演出更是光芒四射。

這片是記錄樂團為了一場演唱會從排演到登台的歷程。

看著他們 年紀一大把卻要背出難記的歌詞
音階不準卻努力想把歌唱好
帶著病痛卻仍堅持參與

我看到老友間互相的感情、老伴對彼此的愛情
看到他們積極進取、熱愛生命的態度
看到80高齡的長者對著你唱「Yes I can」
不禁回頭反觀自己是否只當個 No Man
